A little known fact is that 1 in 4 people will experience anxiety during their lifetime. While its far more common than people think, due to the stigma attached it often goes untreated.

Its important to understand the triggers around anxiety, for example if it is m ore intense than usual or stays around for longer than you would normally expect.
